Le Méridien Taipei has invited "Yuluxuan," which received one Michelin star in 2014, to Taiwan this year. Executive Chef Tan Guofeng of Yuluxuan and Executive Chinese Chef Xu Wenguang of Le Méridien Taipei have jointly launched the “Ultimate Dual Cantonese Feast” at Le Méridien Recipes starting today. The menu includes dishes such as Imperial Abalone Stewed with Fetal Orchid, Cloud Ear, and Dendrobium, Lobster Balls with Crabmeat and Jade Hairpin, Prophets’ Duck with Truffle and Barley, Steamed Grouper Balls with Shaoxing Wine and Tofu Skin, and Le Méridien Golden Chicken Rice. Available for lunch and dinner daily, reservations for the “Ultimate Dual Cantonese Feast” are now open, priced at NT$4,200 per set.
