The "Pinglai Sky Glass Suspension Bridge" in Xinyi Township, Nantou, has garnered significant attention even before its official opening. On the 19th, Xinyi Township Office announced the future ticket prices and related visiting regulations after its opening. Aside from free entry for Xinyi Township residents, employees of the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute Experimental Forest Management Office, and those on official business, the highest ticket price will be NT$100.

Currently, Nantou County already has two other bridges open to the public and charging admission: the "Zhushan Sky Ladder" and the "Sky Bridge," with full-price tickets at NT$50, half-price and group tickets at NT$30, and special discount tickets at NT$10. According to the ticket pricing information released by Xinyi Township Office, the future full-price ticket for the "Pinglai Sky Glass Suspension Bridge" will be NT$100, the highest in the county. Meanwhile, Nantou County residents can enjoy a discounted price of NT$30, people with disabilities pay NT$10, and Xinyi Township residents, employees of the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute Experimental Forest Management Office, and those on official business can enter for free.

Additionally, according to the self-governance ordinance proposed by Xinyi Township Office, once officially opened, the operating hours will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Except for official vehicles and local agricultural vehicles, no other vehicles will be allowed to enter the bridge area.

As for the official opening date, Xinyi Township Office also stated that they will first plan the route arrangements, transportation shuttles, as well as enhance local tourism development and safety facilities, before announcing it separately.
