【Northern Taiwan】
New Taipei, Ruifang – Lian Dong Elementary School
Located not far from Jiufen’s Gold Waterfall, Lian Dong Elementary School is almost a must-visit spot. It features a super-long slide that kids dream about – two stories high – with every moment from climbing up to sliding down filled with anticipation.

New Taipei, Ruifang – Hou Dong Elementary School
Close to Hou Dong Railway Station, Hou Dong Elementary School’s slide is built in the shape of a monkey, making it perfect for photos and highly appealing to visitors.

New Taipei – Under Yongfu Bridge
The slide under Yongfu Bridge, located next to the riverside park, is perfect even on rainy days as it won’t get you wet. It features both “single-layer waterfall” and “double-layer waterfall” styles, and there’s also a small rock-climbing area nearby. However, as the slide is about two stories high, safety should be a priority.

Taoyuan – Longtan Pond
The dragon-head-shaped slide is truly unique – the slide itself is the dragon’s tongue, and sliding down feels like jumping out of the dragon’s mouth. Nearby, you’ll also find theme parks like Leofoo Village and Miniature Land, making it a great spot to take the kids.

Hsinchu City – Keh Park Elementary School
Experience the charm of a European-style princess with the classic Baroque curved slide. Nearby, you can also visit the Park Exploration Hall for more fun.

Hsinchu City – Sunshine Elementary School
At the end of the second floor of a classroom, seven giant slides are lined up side by side, allowing kids to slide straight down to the first floor after class – a fun and whimsical design. It’s just a six-minute drive to the nearby Glass Museum and Zoo.

[Central Taiwan]

Changhua Yuanlin Baiguo Mountain Scenic Area
The hillside features an extra-long giant slide with three separate chutes—some even pass through small caves. Due to the size and length, it’s suitable for children aged six and above. Nearby is the Yuanlin Xingxian Academy.

Changhua City Huayang Park
This park has a red, extra-long gentle water pipe slide suitable for kids of all ages. It also offers swings and a sandbox, making it a great spot for children to play. The Lover’s Suspension Bridge is another highlight. Nearby, you can visit the Bagua Mountain Giant Buddha Scenic Area and enjoy panoramic views of Changhua City.

Taichung Dongshi Forest Farm
Dongshi Forest Farm boasts three ultra-long slides that leave riders wanting more. The slides are quite long, so going down again requires climbing a long flight of stairs—an endurance challenge. Aside from the slides, the farm has many other facilities for a fun-filled day.
Location: Next to Tian Mama Forest Café at Dongshi Forest Farm.

Nantou Phoenix Valley Bird Park
This slide is not only long but also steep, making it suitable for older kids and adventurous adults looking to relive childhood memories. Nearby, you can also visit Xitou Forest Recreation Area and Neihu Elementary School.

[Southern Taiwan]

Tainan Metropolitan Park Children’s Island
Located near the Rende Sugar Refinery, Children’s Island features various types of slides including wave, spiral, and straight slides—its variety is the main draw. The island also has a treehouse and mushroom-shaped houses, brimming with childlike fun. You can also stop by Bao’an Station while you’re there.
Location: Exit at the Tainan Interchange, head north on Erren Road (Taiwan Route 1, 342K).

Tainan Jiafu Temple
This rare roller-type ultra-long slide recommends placing a wooden board or pad under your hips. The slide is set up for a smooth back-and-forth ride, saving you the effort of walking back—super fun. Nearby, the Syuejia Cultural Park lets you explore the history of the Pingpu indigenous people.
Location: On Provincial Highway 19, heading from Jiali to Xuejia, look for the Yingding Jinxiu Community arch on your right; Jiafu Temple is just past it.

[Eastern Taiwan]
Yilan County Zhongshan Elementary School
Located near Kiwi Design Park and Yilan Distillery Chienchi, Zhongshan Elementary School not only has a slide from the second to the first floor but also a pirate ship-shaped slide, perfect for kids to climb and explore.

Yilan Longtan Lake Scenic Area
The large bowl-shaped slope slide is convenient for parents as there’s a parking lot, allowing kids to enjoy the sunshine, grassy areas, and lakeside scenery. However, the slide is made of terrazzo, which is very slippery and hard, so parents must constantly watch their children to prevent bumps and bruises.

Taitung Children's Story House
Located near the Railway Art Village, this children's story house features a gentle slide beside a Japanese-style building, suitable for children under two years old. After playing, they can also rest inside the story house.
