The Penghu Administration stated that since the Tropic of Cancer passes through the southern waters of Hujing Islet, the administration also created the landmarks "I'm in Penghu, the Happy Stairway to Heaven" and "Happiness Closely (Hujing) Embraced" on Xishan of Hujing Islet last year, aiming to connect various tourist attractions on Penghu Main Island and boost tourism enthusiasm for Hujing and Tongpan Islets in the South China Sea.
