Kids Can Also Get Cabin Crew Experience – National Airline’s Summer Flight Attendant & Pilot Camps

Have you decided what summer camp to sign your child up for this summer? The national airline has planned separate programs for different age groups, including the “I Love Mommy” cabin crew experience camp, the “I Love Baby” cabin crew experience camp, as well as a 3-day-2-night youth camp for pilots and flight attendants. Those interested in aviation and flying should seize the opportunity to sign up.

China Airlines pioneered the “I Love Baby” cabin crew experience camp in 2013, which received an overwhelmingly positive response. This year, it has added the “I Love Mommy” cabin crew experience camp. The “I Love Baby” and “I Love Mommy” cabin crew experience camps will open for registration on China Airlines’ website starting at 13:00 on June 23, with sessions held between July and August. The “I Love Mommy” one-day course will run four sessions, each with 15 participants. It is open to women aged 50 and above, with a fee of NT$6,800 per person. The “I Love Baby” one-day course will have five sessions for children aged 7 to 10, with a maximum of 15 participants per session, and a fee of NT$5,288 per child.

The curriculum for both the “I Love Mommy” and “I Love Baby” cabin crew experience camps begins with posture and etiquette training. The small-class format allows each participant—both adults and kids—to interact with professional cabin crew instructors from China Airlines. At the end of the course, participants will get to experience moving through the cabin, practicing real scenarios such as passenger boarding, safety demonstrations, and in-flight meal service, fully immersing themselves in the role of a flight attendant.

In addition, the highly popular youth pilot and cabin crew experience camp, well-received by students, will offer three sessions this year. The pilot experience camp has 48 spots, and the cabin crew experience camp has 72 spots. Online registration opens at 13:00 on June 25. Young people aged 18 to 28 who are passionate about the aviation industry and eager to experience the careers of pilots and cabin crew are welcome to apply. Through the 3-day-2-night program, they can fulfill their dreams of flying.

Since launching the “Cabin Crew Experience Camp” in 2008 and first opening registration for the “Pilot Experience Camp” in 2010, China Airlines has enabled over a thousand participants to live out the dream of flying through its programs, learning about the intricate preparations and rigorous safety standards followed by various teams before each flight. This year, China Airlines introduces new, age-tailored courses, aiming to deliver fresh and unique experiences to more people passionate about the aviation industry.
