TransAsia Airways invites underprivileged children to enjoy butterfly exhibition and gives passengers free tickets

Jointly organized by New Taipei City Government and Qiuyu Cultural Enterprise, and co-sponsored by TransAsia Airways,the “2014 Butterflies in Bloom – Taipei”event officially opened on June 27. To allow more children to participate, TransAsia Airways specially invited the Child Welfare League Foundation, the Rare Disease Foundation, the Christian Charity Service Association, and the Church World Service to bring children from disadvantaged families to join in the celebration.

Tseng Chin-chi, Strategy Director of TransAsia Airways, stated that the airline’s future public welfare collaborations will shift from single-point efforts to comprehensive initiatives, aiming to deliver care swiftly and directly to children from disadvantaged families.

To give more families the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sight of butterflies in flight, TransAsia Airways also announced that passengers flying with the airline on round-trip routes between Taipei and Kinmen or Penghu can receive two free admission tickets with one boarding pass, allowing families to bring their children to experience an educational summer treat.
