Economy class passengers can stretch their legs too: Air NZ's 'Dreamliner' Boeing 787-9 makes its debut

The world's first Boeing 787-9 'Dreamliner' aircraft was officially unveiled on the 9th in Washington State, USA, and handed over to Air New Zealand. It is expected to arrive at Auckland Airport in New Zealand on the afternoon of the 11th, and will commence its maiden voyage on the 'Auckland–Australia' route on October 15. Subsequent routes will include Shanghai, Tokyo, and others.

The all-black fuselage prominently features the white letters "Air New Zealand," and the Boeing 787-9 immediately captured everyone's attention upon its unveiling. As an extended version of the 787-8 model, the 787-9 has a total length of approximately 63 meters and can accommodate about 280 to 302 passengers. Its spacious interior ensures that even economy class passengers have ample legroom, while business class offers fully lie-flat seats, allowing travelers to rest comfortably even on long-haul flights.
