Taiwan ranked 15th in the 2014 Global Best Tourism Cities report, and a U.S. website even listed Taiwan among the top 10 safest countries, making it a popular travel destination. To accommodate the growing number of visitors, the Tourism Bureau has partnered with industry players to launch the “Taiwan Tour Bus” travel passport for the first time. Priced at just NT$1,880, it offers up to 40% off on Taiwan tours—convenient and budget-friendly!

The “Taiwan Tour Bus” is entering its 10th year, with over 1.3 million passengers to date, nearly 60% of whom are international tourists. However, it has also gained immense popularity among locals in recent years. This year, its service coverage has expanded, with tour operators offering 71 different package itineraries, making the Taiwan Tour Bus a key transportation option for exploring Taiwan.

The Taiwan Tour Bus package tours not only depart daily but also provide one-day and half-day tour services from major transit hubs and hotels to famous tourist attractions across the country. Tours are available for groups as small as 1 to 4 people, with services including local hotel and airport/railway station pick-up and drop-off, guided tours in Chinese, English, and Japanese, as well as travel insurance. Travelers who take the “Taiwan Tour Bus” before the end of September also have a chance to win a round-the-island travel package for two.
