Typhoon Matmo is expected to make landfall in the evening, with all of Taiwan on high alert！With summer vacation in full swing, various events have been postponed or canceled, and attractions are gradually closing to ensure visitor safety. 【Events】
Taipei’s Songshan Cultural and Creative Park will be closed for one day starting at 00:00 on the 23rd, with all entrances and exits sealed off and all exhibition activities suspended.
Qigu Salt Mountain’s “One Sight, Two Wonders” Art Festival: Ma Sa Gou Recreation Area will be closed from noon on the 22nd through the entire 23rd, with exhibition activities suspended.
Yilan Children’s Fun Festival: Closed on the 22nd and 23rd.
Yilan International Lohas Festival: Performances on the 22nd and 23rd are canceled.
Yilan Fringe Festival: Activities from the evening of the 22nd will resume on the afternoon of the 25th.
Hualien Shoufeng Carp Lake Red Duck FUN Summer: Suspended starting the 22nd.
Hualien Fenglin Huanke Park Hualien Soaring Season: Suspended starting the 22nd.
Taitung Hot Air Balloon Festival: Hot air balloon activities on the 22nd and 23rd are canceled all day; activities on the 24th will be announced on the afternoon of the 23rd depending on actual weather conditions; the Light Sculpture Concert on the 25th is postponed to August 8.
Matsu Seagull Watching: Suspended on the 23rd.
Chiayi Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Summer Festival: Activities on the 23rd are suspended.

【Attractions】
Matsu Nangan Iron Fort, Dahan Stronghold, Qiugui Ting Trail, Beigan Luoshan Ecological Trail, Beihai Tunnel, Juguang Dapu Stone Carvings, and Dongyin Lighthouse will be closed starting at 18:00 on the 22nd.
Yilan National Center for Traditional Arts: Will be closed immediately after a land warning is issued.
Hehuan Mountain, Daxue Mountain, Baxian Mountain, Wuling, Tengzhi, Shuangliu, Kenting, Zhiben, Xiangyang, and other national forest recreation areas will be fully closed starting the 22nd.
Alishan Forest Recreation Area will be closed starting at 09:30 on the 22nd, and the forest railway will suspend services on the 23rd.
Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area and the Luodong Forest District Office nature trails will be closed starting the 22nd.
Zhiben National Forest Recreation Area, Dawushan Ecological Education Hall, and the nine nature trails under its jurisdiction will be closed starting at 09:00 on the 22nd.
Aowanda Forest Recreation Area has been closed starting the 22nd.
Neidong, Manyueyuan, Dongyanshan, Guanwu, Lalashan Nature Reserve, Wulai Mountain Railway, and trail systems are all fully closed.
Chilan, Fuyuan National Forest Recreation Areas, Lintianshan Forestry Culture Park, Danong Danfu Plain Forest Park, Ruisui Ecology Hall, and all trails under their jurisdictions will be temporarily closed on the 22nd. The Hualien Forest District Office will determine reopening times based on the typhoon impact and once safety is confirmed.
Taroko National Park has completely prohibited entry into ecological reserves and other controlled areas starting the 21st.
New Taipei City Pingxi Poli’s Sky Lantern Museum: Light show on 7/23 will not be played, and sky lantern tickets will not be sold for one day.

【Amusement Parks】
Lihpao Land Exploration Park, the water park Mala Bay, and the escape room theme park will be closed for one day on the 22nd.

【Other】
Kaohsiung Public Bicycle stations: Gradually closing starting at 3 PM on the 22nd.
Taipei City’s YouBike smile bikes will cease all operations from midnight on the 23rd.
Taiwan Tourist Shuttle – Golden Hualien Line will be suspended for one day on the 23rd.
New Taipei City’s Mini Tours: The Sanxia-Yingge Line and Tamsui-Bali Line for the 23rd–24th have been canceled.
New Taipei City’s Wulai Fushan Leisure Tour for the 22nd–23rd has been canceled.
The Bi Tan Water Bicycle service will remain closed until the typhoon warning is lifted.
