Each year, the well-known travel website “The Guide to Sleeping in Airport” establishes a ranking by inviting travelers worldwide to evaluate airports based on the 4Cs: “Comfort, Cleanliness, Convenience, and Customer Service.” This year, Taoyuan Airport once again achieved outstanding results, ranking 6th among the best airports for sleeping in Asia. Little known fact: since 2013, Taoyuan Airport has won this honor every year, making it a consistent winner in international evaluations as a “best airport for sleeping.”

Taoyuan Airport’s reputation for being “sleep-friendly” is well-deserved. The terminals and transit areas offer numerous and comfortable seats, and the reclining chairs are especially recommended by netizens as a thoughtful amenity. This year, Taoyuan Airport has further upgraded its services and plans to install 180 new electric recliner chairs in Terminals 1 and 2 by the end of the year, aiming to help passengers quickly recharge before boarding and embark on their journeys in high spirits.
