As the annual Father’s Day approaches, this year’s August 8th falls on a Friday right before the weekend holiday. Five-star hotels are rolling out special Father’s Day promotions to attract visitors. The Beitou L’hotel in the hot spring area is offering a “hidden home-style dish” meal on Father’s Day along with a free voucher for a hot spring bathhouse. Meanwhile, the Shangri-La’s Far Eastern International Hotel Taipei is giving dads a free meal when you show an “intimate photo” with your father during your stay.

Beitou L’hotel has launched a “Hidden Home-Style Dishes” menu featuring vitality-boosting and bone-strengthening dishes, with nearly-lost home-style recipes as the main focus. These are combined with premium health ingredients and traditional Chinese gourmet cooking techniques to create a brand-new home-style dish menu. On Father’s Day, Chef Yong Cui Ting will present the “Vitality Dad Set Meal” (NT$1,880+10%) and the “Dad Power Set Meal” (NT$2,380+10%). Ordering two Vitality Dad Set Meals will get you a 50% off voucher for a double hot spring bathhouse, while ordering two Dad Power Set Meals will earn you a free NT$2,000 double hot spring bathhouse voucher. This allows dads not only to enjoy healthy, energizing meals but also to unwind in a top-tier bathhouse after a year of hard work.

Shangri-La’s Far Eastern International Hotel Taipei is offering a special stay promotion for Father’s Day. From August 8th to August 10th, guests can book the “Thoughtful Dad Sweet Holiday” package for NT$8,888 per room per night in a newly renovated executive room (approximately 17 ping). When two or more people dine at the Far East Café buffet restaurant on the sixth floor and show an “intimate photo” with their dad, the dad gets to eat for free. Additionally, participants can enter a lucky draw to win prizes worth up to NT$1.69 million, including an Audi A3 worth one million NTD.
