Last updated 2026-09-25 — This ‘Triangle Three Authentic Korean BBQ’ located in a back alley uses a traditional Korean pot lid-style grill, with a diameter of about 50cm — it’s really quite large. The servers start by placing the seasonings and meat on the grill to cook, and there’s full table service throughout. Side dishes, condiments, and fresh greens can all be ordered again as part of the all-you-can-eat option. The kimchi is slightly sour, the onions are sweeter, and the spicy sauce is pretty good. The lettuce is very fresh.

Since it had been a while since I’d had Korean BBQ, I planned to take Little D to try the Korean eight-color BBQ again, but there was too long a wait when we got there. So we wandered around nearby and ended up discovering this ‘Triangle Three Authentic Korean BBQ’ in a back alley. After looking it up, I found out it’s from Korea and also has branches in Ximending and Banqiao, with good reviews.

On a chilly, drizzly day, most people were off having hot pot, so the shop wasn’t very crowded when we visited. The space isn’t big, but the service is good, and the restroom even has a bidet toilet seat.

The menu includes both à la carte options and group set meals, with average spending around NT$500–1000, plus a 10% service charge.

Side dishes, condiments, and fresh greens can all be ordered again as part of the all-you-can-eat option. Although I ordered plain rice as well, I personally preferred wrapping the meat in lettuce. The kimchi is slightly sour, the onions are sweeter, and the spicy sauce is pretty good. The lettuce is very fresh.

That evening, we orderedSecret Sauce Beef NT$580, Pork Belly NT$280, and Pork Sirloin NT$350— three dishes in total. The portion sizes were decent, but Little D, who knows Korea well, felt the pork belly was a bit thin. Personally, I thought the pork sirloin tasted better. The most anticipated Secret Sauce Beef, made with pear sauce, tasted like sweet teppanyaki beef.

After trying everything, the two of us felt that ordering just two types of meat would’ve been enough. However, the crispy pork belly was still a bit unfamiliar to me, but cooking the raw meat brought out a more original and simple flavor. Wrapping it in lettuce was much tastier than eating it with rice. But after a while, it does get a bit heavy — still, it’s nice to have once in a while...^^a
