First Taiwanese theme park selected for the Michelin Green Guide！Located in Sun Moon Lake, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village has recently been rated as a 2-star recommended attraction, while the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway has also received 2 stars, and the view of Sun Moon Lake from the ropeway has been honored with an even more prestigious 3 stars！

The Michelin Green Guide has long recommended high-quality tourist attractions through anonymous visits and evaluations, and assigns ratings from one to three stars based on nine criteria including first impressions, fame, accolades, popularity, and notable sights.

Among the 42 attractions across Taiwan recommended on the Michelin travel website, the Sun Moon Lake area alone boasts 11 stars—namely, 1 star each for Cien Tower and Qinglong Mountain Trail, 2 stars for Sun Moon Lake and the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway, as well as Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, while the view of Sun Moon Lake from the ropeway has been awarded the highest honor of 3 stars. Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is also the only theme park in Taiwan to be included in the Michelin Green Guide. Officials from the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration and Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village expressed great honor upon learning of this recognition on the 11th, also noting that the achievement is hard-won and should be cherished.
