Bumblebee reports for duty！Joining Optimus Prime as the guardian deities of Tainan’s Wen Heng Temple

Do you remember how in June, ETtoday EBC News Cloud reported on a life-sized Optimus Prime model appearing at Tainan’s Longqi Wen Heng Temple?Transformers in Tainan? Wen Heng Temple surprises visitors with a guarding Optimus Prime” Now Bumblebee has also moved in, making the two look like the temple’s left and right guardians. In addition to the Transformers, Wen Heng Temple in Longqi, Tainan, also houses four life-sized Iron Man models—truly a paradise for model enthusiasts.

Since news broke that Wen Heng Temple in Longqi, Tainan, had acquired large-scale models of Iron Man and Optimus Prime, many people have flocked to the temple to see them. The temple authorities say the number of worshippers has increased compared to before. However, they also clarified that both the Iron Man and Transformers models were donated by others, and not a single cent of the temple’s incense offering funds was used.

The Mark42, Patriot, War Machine, and Optimus Prime were donated by Huanglong Construction, the first-generation Iron Man was donated by the head of Xigang Qing’an Temple, and the Bumblebee that arrived on August 10 was donated by devotee Qiu Jinfa.

With its collection of Iron Man and Transformers models, Wen Heng Temple in Longqi, Tainan, has become an unconventional tourist attraction. Regarding the growing number of sightseers, the temple authorities don’t mind if people come to see the robots—in fact, they believe the more visitors, the better.
