The world’s largest floating library, “Logos Hope,” has officially arrived in Taiwan. On the afternoon of the 22nd, Logos Hope docked at Pier 4 West of Keelung Harbor and is scheduled to hold an opening event at 12:30 PM on the 23rd. Originally, public boarding was set to begin at 3:00 PM, but as news of Logos Hope’s arrival spread, over 100 people had gathered at Pier 4 West early in the morning. To avoid keeping everyone waiting too long, the organizers announced that boarding would be opened as soon as possible after the opening ceremony.

Logos Hope is currently the world’s largest floating library. It is registered in Valletta, Malta, and is operated by the German Christian charity organization “Gute Bücher für Alle” (Good Books for All). Since 1960, it has sailed around the world, visiting approximately 160 countries and welcoming around 40 million visitors on board. It is operated by the German Christian charity organization Gute Bücher für Alle.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 10:00–21:30
Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday: 14:00–21:30

Admission: NT$20 cleaning fee per person; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
