With just 46 days to go until the 2017 Taipei Summer Universiade, Texas Roadhouse is responding to the event by launching a brand-new "Texas Wild Tomahawk Meal" starting July 4 for a limited time. The meal features a tomahawk steak weighing over 50 ounces, paired with 16 ounces of classic braised beef brisket — an extra-large portion perfect for sharing.
Tony De Graaf, Executive Chef at Texas Roadhouse, noted that the newly launched Texas Wild Tomahawk Meal specially selects Choice-grade beef weighing over 50 ounces, allowing diners to enjoy both ribeye and short rib textures in one steak. The beef brisket is a cut rarely seen in typical steakhouses, and its 12-hour braising process results in a tender and easy-to-enjoy texture. The meal will be available from July 4 to September 11, priced at NT$5,980.
