Taitung Hot Air Balloon Light Show Concert – Witness the Sunrise at Sanxiantai on July 8th!

The “2017 Taiwan International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta” started on the 1st and will continue until August 6. The light show concert will be held this Saturday (8th) at 4 AM in Sanxiantai, Taitung County.

The Taitung County Government Tourism Department stated that shuttle information for this light show concert has been published on the event’sofficial Facebookandofficial website.Shuttle buses will depart from Taitung Railway Station and Taitung Transfer Station to the Sanxiantai event venue, both leaving at 2:40 AM. Attendees of the sunrise light show concert won’t have to worry about transportation.

The Taitung County Government Tourism Department said that this year’s Sanxiantai sunrise light show concert will feature the themes of ocean and hope. As the warm sunrise rises above the horizon, full of vitality, and set against the backdrop of the Eight-Arch Ocean Bridge, it will create a magical ocean encounter with the passionate crowd.

In addition, the hot air balloon tethered flight experience is one of the highlights of the annual fiesta. To witness the balloons up close and feel the thrill of soaring above the ground, tethered flight tickets are always in high demand. This year’s hot air balloon fiesta offers online ticket reservations. The public can download the “Journey on旅途中” app. So far, 1,400 group reservations and nearly 400 individual reservations have been made.
