The super-popular American restaurant "Cheesecake Factory" officially landed in Hong Kong on May 1st. Fans of Cheesecake Factory’s cheesecakes no longer need to travel all the way to the U.S. to enjoy them. With over 200 menu items, Cheesecake Factory is best known for its rich, smooth, and not overly heavy taste. There are more than 30 flavors available, and since its opening, long queues have formed every holiday, whether for dine-in or takeout.

Cheesecake Factory is famous for its cheesecakes, often listed as one of the must-try desserts in the U.S. Compared to regular cheesecakes, those from Cheesecake Factory are rich, smooth, and not overly heavy. Chef-recommended dishes include the Avocado Egg Roll (known as butter fruit roll in Hong Kong), Fried Mac and Cheese Balls, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Shila Chicken and Avocado Salad. The Avocado Egg Roll wraps avocado and tomatoes in a special pastry before deep-frying, resulting in a crispy exterior and soft avocado filling, which tastes even better with a dip in tamarind sauce. The Fried Mac and Cheese Balls feature five or more types of cheese, delivering a rich, cheesy experience.
