Cathay Pacific offers up to 25,000 bonus miles & free flight tickets

Cathay Pacific and Dragonair announce that from September 1 to December 31, passengers flying from Taiwan in selected cabin classes to any destination worldwide will earn extra Asia Miles.

According to Cathay Pacific, this campaign is designed for Asia Miles members. Short-haul flights will earn an additional 3,000–6,000 flight miles depending on the cabin class, while long-haul flights will earn 15,000–20,000 miles. There are also 500–5,000 online booking miles for tickets purchased via the internet.

Cathay Pacific explains that, taking a round-trip economy class flight from Taipei via Hong Kong to London as an example, by accumulating both regular and bonus miles, passengers can redeem a free round-trip economy class ticket from Taipei to Hong Kong, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, or Seoul. For those flying short-haul routes, the extra miles can also be used to exchange for vouchers at well-known restaurants in Taiwan, or continue accumulating points to redeem a free ticket for the next trip.
