With nature as their teacher, Neishuangxi invites the public to the Forest Design Academy to spark inspiration.

In the autumn when leaves are falling, the "Life in Nature Course" at Neishuangxi Nature Center has specially launched the themed event "Forest Design Academy," which will commence on October 12 and November 1. The public is invited to appreciate nature’s original ingenuity from a design perspective through relaxed lectures and outdoor explorations.

Huang Li-yuan, head of the Department of Urban Development, stated that the course will guide participants to observe the relationship between design in daily life and natural elements, discover nature’s astonishing adaptive abilities, and draw inspiration from nature to create interesting designs in everyday life.

▲ The goal of this course is to help the public harness creative inspiration for daily life through the designs found in nature.

This Forest Design Academy event is completely free. The first session is open to adults bringing children in fifth grade or above from elementary school; the second session is limited to participants aged high school and above. Online registration will begin at 12:30 PM on September 24.
