2014 Kaohsiung City Charity Fun Run Combines Art, Running, Hip-Hop, and Graffiti

“2014 City with Love Kaohsiung Cheer Charity Fun Run”was held on October 26 at Kaohsiung’s Pier-2 Art Center. The organizerCityInn Hotel Groupannounced that half of the registration fee proceeds would be donated to the Kaohsiung City Government’s Social Affairs Bureau to support the rebuilding efforts of those affected by the gas explosions.

CityInn Hotel Group said that in addition to the charity run, the event also incorporated features of the art district such as graffiti art, trendy hip-hop culture, and more. Internationally renowned graffiti artists were invited to create live artworks after the run, and a hip-hop party was innovatively organized, featuring opening performances by groups including the 2014 first Spring Wave Music Awards champion and popular DJ E-TURN.

With the “2014 City with Love Kaohsiung Cheer Charity Fun Run” set to kick off on October 26, the long-prepared CityInn True Love Hotel will also grandly open on the same day.
