Taiwan’s only bamboo-woven Christmas tree makes its debut！Its design shatters your conventional image of a Christmas tree, named“Blessings of Bamboo”The Christmas tree stands eight meters tall in the plaza of Tainan’s Xinying Cultural Center. It was created by bamboo artist Xu [name unclear] and combines traditional bamboo craftsmanship with modern structural techniques. Its unique design features a snowflake motif, with the tree’s white body emitting a soft glow that rises into the night sky, illuminating the surroundings like a fairytale scene, attracting many curious onlookers.

This massive bamboo-woven installation art piece is woven from bamboo strips handcrafted by students, combined with spatial design. Each bamboo branch and strip had to be manually interwoven and securely fixed to withstand the strong winter winds—yet it shines brilliantly with vitality. This Christmas tree, crafted entirely from bamboo, carries deep emotion and conveys abundant blessings.
