Although the small Shake nv Snow Shaved Ice shop in Banqiao, New Taipei, may not be spacious, it offers a wide variety of treats — and their cute and delicious fruit shaved ices are especially popular. In summer, there's watermelon shaved ice served in balls, and in winter, they roll out the “honey-flavored” Hami melon shaved ice and strawberry snowball snow shaved ice. The rich, creamy milk flavor pairs exquisitely with the sweet and sour strawberries, creating an absolutely blissful treat.

At Ice Field GariGari, the strawberry cheesecake shaved ice features handcrafted strawberry sauce poured over shaved ice, topped with whipped cream made from Isigny cream, and garnished with six plump, bright red strawberries. Taichung — "Youchun Ice Parlor"

Famous for its “whole watermelon juice” and “whole pineapple juice,” the Youchun Ice Parlor near the National Museum of Natural Science also causes a stir online with its winter-exclusive strawberry shaved ice. Tainan’s “Bee Orange Fusion Dining”

The “smoking strawberry hot pot,” which went viral last year, features a whole pot filled with fresh strawberries, topped with a strawberry sauce that resembles volcanic lava, and slowly emits white smoke that looks just like a real hot pot. The store has now introduced imported American strawberries, allowing strawberry-loving girls to enjoy them early this season.
