Japan's first ramen shop to receive one Michelin star, "Tsuta", and the world's first one-star Michelin vendor, "Liaofan Hong Kong Chicken Rice and Noodles" were introduced to Taiwan by the Hoyi Lifestyle Group in April this year. The first store was opened at HOYII North Station in Taipei, and now the second stop is about to be in Taichung. We are currently recruiting people to prepare for opening a store in Taichung, and the location may be in Xitun District, Taichung City.

"Tsuta" is a Tokyo ramen shop that has won one Michelin star for two consecutive years. It specializes in two types of ramen: soy sauce ramen and salt ramen. The ramen soup base is made of sea melon seeds, fish fillets and whole chickens that are cooked separately for a long time every day, and then secret soy sauce and sea salt are added. Ramen soup base has always been the soul of ramen. Tsuta soup base is made from whole chicken, fish fillet and sea melon seeds (clams). It takes 8 hours, 2-3 hours and 5 hours to cook the soup base in three pots, and then the soup base is prepared according to the most suitable proportion.
