Chef Ronny Emborg first gained recognition in Denmark in 2002, was hailed as Denmark’s Best Chef in 2007, and once served as the personal chef to the Queen of Denmark. He also worked at the three-Michelin-starred Spanish temple of gastronomy, El Bulli, and is hailed in the culinary world as offering a “feast of sensory awakening.” In 2015, he made his way to the cosmopolitan city of New York and continued to lead atera to win the prestigious Michelin two-star award in 2017.
