Tiancheng Hotel Launches New Dishes with Mobile Food Truck – Malaysian Curry Cuisine Makes Its Debut

The Cosmos Bon Car, operated by the Tiancheng Hotel Group, will unveil its new menu at Commune A7 starting today. The exterior has been enhanced with a 10TN shipping container to create a sleek dining space, and the menu has been completely revamped to feature four classic Malaysian dishes: Malaysian Chicken Curry, Malaysian Beef Curry, Malaysian Lamb Curry, and Malaysian Satay with Fragrant Rice Cake. Prices range from NT$80 to NT$180.

These four dishes were jointly developed by Wei Jingzhen, Deputy Executive Chef of Western Cuisine at the Tiancheng Hotel Group, and Chef Shahrom B. Saari (Xia Long), who brings years of culinary expertise from Perak, Malaysia, and is currently at Taipei Garden Hotel. In addition to the four main dishes, there are also three beverages available: 100PLUS Original Flavor Sports Drink, Cool Coconut Island 100% Pure Coconut Juice, and Malaysian Teh Tarik, priced between NT$50 and NT$80.

All items can be mixed and matched, with a daily limit of 100 promotions.
