1. Pre-list the time slots you want to depart.Using the airline’s flight schedule, list your first-choice time slot and a few backup options. If your top pick sells out during the snatch, you can quickly go for your second choice.

2. Pre-list the extra services you might need.Budget airlines operate on a “user pays” model, so whether you want to add inflight meals, checked baggage allowance, seat selection, etc., you should consider and confirm these add-ons in advance to include them easily during the snatch.
