Tigerair Taiwan stated that the second wave of route launches involves consecutively opening two new destinations—Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Flights from Taoyuan to Bangkok (Don Mueang Airport) will commence on November 14, operating daily, while the Taoyuan to Chiang Mai route will follow on November 15, initially operating four times a week. To mark the occasion, an introductory campaign—"Tigerair Taiwan’s Next Stop: Even More Fun in Thailand"—will offer promotional one-way fares starting from NT$1,688 including tax for Chiang Mai, and NT$1,988 including tax for Bangkok.

These promotional fares will go on salestarting at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 20, on the Tigerair Taiwan official website. Tigerair Taiwan will also make available over 10,000 one-way seats for passengers to book under this promotion. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be sold out once capacity is reached. The travel period is from the launch date until March 28, 2015.

These fares areone-way tickets with airport taxes included, and no additional fuel surcharges will apply. Passengers requiring checked baggage can purchase the desired checked baggage allowance when booking or by returning to the website after completing their reservation.
