Taipei’s largest annual international travel fair is set to take place from November 7 to 10 at World Trade Center Halls 1 and 3. With a record-breaking 1,450 exhibitor booths, visitors can enjoy access to both halls and three exhibition zones with a single ticket. The event will offer 2,000 limited-edition lucky bags daily, with chances to win new smartphones or diamond rings. Organizers promise “plenty of discounts and the most comprehensive range of travel products,” with hotel stays discounted by up to 80%.

Popular items such as afternoon tea and meal vouchers are being heavily discounted by vendors to attract customers. For example, the Grand Formosa Regent Kenting’s double afternoon tea set on weekdays is available for NT$699, while the Taipei The Miramar Garden Hotel is selling sets of six afternoon tea vouchers for NT$2,490 – just NT$415 per voucher. The Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel is offering weekday afternoon tea for two for NT$880, and last year’s hot seller, Din Tai Fung’s Food Paradise, is launching a weekday double afternoon tea set for NT$888 per person, with a limit of 10 per person. The Feast Super Value Weekday Combo includes 6 lunch and 6 dinner vouchers plus an extra NT$3,284 worth of coupons, priced at NT$8,088. The L’Hotel Group is offering a double afternoon tea set for NT$2,700, with each voucher at NT$450. The Beitou L’Avenue Hotel & Spa’s British-style afternoon tea package offers buy-five-get-one-free for NT$2,900, averaging NT$483 per voucher. The Regent Taipei’s Park Lane Hall weekday discount coupon (for 4–6 people) is NT$3,299 and includes a six-person self-service afternoon tea, averaging just NT$550 per person. The Fulong Hotel is offering a star-rated “combo meal voucher” with buy-5-get-1-free promotion, averaging NT$750 per voucher for choices such as Japanese set meals, buffet banquets, or a chef Akisuke’s Hong Kong-style dim sum set for two.

Discounts on accommodations are also not to be missed. For instance, the Kaohsiung Hilton Group is offering a free round-trip Taiwan High Speed Rail 25% off voucher with every accommodation voucher purchase. A set of two combined accommodation vouchers is priced at NT$3,300, averaging just NT$1,650 per voucher. The Taichung Regent’s premium room is available for NT$2,999 during the fair. Among them, The Regent Taipei & Silks Hotel Group is launching the “Regent Explore Super Value Passport,” which includes four vouchers allowing customers to choose stays at any of its four hotels, priced at NT$9,999 – equivalent to just 21% off the original price of NT$46,200.

To help visitors avoid feeling overwhelmed by the wealth of information, the organizers have set up an “Online Discount Zone,” featuring detailed exhibitor profiles, promotional products, and booth information. Visitors can check it out online before heading to the fair.
