Mickey turns into an evil pumpkin！Tokyo Disneyland’s Halloween party is in full swing

Tokyo Disneyland is a must-visit destination for many travelers to Japan. From September 8 to October 31, the park has rolled out a series of Halloween-themed decorations, souvenirs, and parade floats. For those who love seasonal limited-edition items, now is the time to visit and soak up the cute yet spooky Halloween atmosphere at Disney.

However, some visitors have noted that due to the Halloween theme attracting larger crowds, you should be prepared for longer waits—for example,popular attractions like Space Mountain and Splash Mountain may require queues of 100–140 minutes or more even on non-holiday days, turning Disneyland into a “wait-till-you-die park.”

As soon as you enter the gates of Disneyland, you’ll spot a Halloween version of Mickey’s face in the flower beds. This year, the park continues the concept of the “Halloween Market,” featuring parades with Halloween pumpkins, ghosts, and Disney characters. Main streets are also decorated with various pumpkin ornaments, along with a “Halloween costume show” starring cartoon icons like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.

In the shopping district, there are also plenty of Halloween-limited souvenirs. These include plush toys like costumed Mickey Mouse and Pumpkin Winnie the Pooh, as well as a variety of cookies and sweets with Halloween-themed packaging that are sure to dazzle.

For those who enjoy parades, in addition to the daily “Happiness Here” and “Dreams Come True” parades, there’s also a special “Joyful Halloween Harvest” parade in the evening. During this parade, all the cartoon stars are dressed in Halloween-appropriate accessories, and the parade floats are designed with elements like pumpkins and ghosts, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.
