Travel Expo’s “100 Coupons” Sell Out Fast – Grand Hotel Taipei Adds Afternoon Sessions

Every year at the Taipei International Travel Fair, the Grand Hotel Taipei’s “100 Coupons” event sees a rush of eager buyers, and this year the previously morning-only coupon sales are being expanded. In addition to a single session at noon on November 7, the opening day, sessions will also be held in both the morning and afternoon from November 8 to 10, giving the public two chances to snap up deals in a single day.

Jiang Zuxiong, General Manager of the Grand Hotel Taipei, said that the “100 Coupons” have always been one of the most popular ticket items at the travel fair. This year, the Grand Hotel is going all out with extra offers. The original NT$2,200 two-person buffet voucher for the Songhe Restaurant at Grand Hotel Taipei can now be purchased for just NT$1,199 — almost a “buy one, get one free” deal. Each session is limited to 100 guests (those holding a purchased admission ticket). Aside from the single noon session on opening day, November 7, additional sessions will be held at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM from November 8 to 10. Meanwhile, Grand Hotel Kaohsiung is also offering the first 100 guests an upgrade from a “city-view room” to a “lake-view room” for free.

The newly renovated Kirin Hall rooms at Grand Hotel Taipei are also part of the promotion. The Kirin Rooms, which offer views of the Dajia Riverside Park and Taipei 101, are available at a special price of just NT$4,899. For dining deals, a joint meal voucher is offered at a 31% discount (starting from 6.9% off) for NT$1,520, and can be used at the Songhe Restaurant, Yuan Restaurant, or Golden Dragon Restaurant.
