New hotels keep popping up in Taipei one after another. After more than two years of preparation, hotelpoispois has started its soft launch. The hotel has 39 rooms, with a restaurant on the first floor and a bar on the second. The reception lobby is uniquely located on the 10th floor — the top floor. Transparent glass walls extend outward with the space, connecting to an exclusive sky garden in Taipei’s East District. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of Taipei 101 and the city, along with gyro chairs for some fun.

Poispois means “dots” in French and is pronounced similarly to the Chinese word for “bubble,” so hotelpoispois is also affectionately known as the Bubble Hotel. The hotel uses dots and bubbles as its two main design themes, inspired by the idea of being enveloped in one's own bubble. It creates a sensory space experience in Taipei’s East District that is free, unrestrained, yet private and tranquil. It is also Taipei’s first hotel tailored for women who are passionate about travel and lifestyle.

Among the 36 bubble rooms, specially selected transparent semi-spherical bubble chairs offer both privacy and a sense of openness, allowing travelers to enjoy a serene and meditative rest. Each room also welcomes guests with a bottle of Lunetta Rose pink sparkling wine from an Italian winery placed on the bed. Additionally, there are 3 uniquely designed deluxe rooms that differ from the minimalist style of the bubble rooms. These luxurious and spacious spaces are divided into three color schemes: green, red, and a color palette.
