JAL Launches Free Wi-Fi Service Again – Over 200,000 Hotspots Available at No Cost

Japan Airlines (JAL), aiming to attract more international travelers to visit Japan, has partnered with public Wi-Fi provider Wi2 300 to offer access to over 200,000 free hotspots, making it convenient for passengers to use Wi-Fi services during their trip.

Japan Airlines is the first airline to collaborate with a public Wi-Fi provider. With this free Wi-Fi service, the airline expects to generate increased demand for travel to Japan and better meet the internet needs of foreign visitors.

The service will be available starting December 2.Passengers simply need to present their flight ticket and select the JAL Free Wi-Fi icon on the Japan Airlines overseas website to obtain a free 7-day ID and password online, giving them easy access to the largest public Wi-Fi network across Japan.Additionally, Japan Airlines has also partnered with NTT East to allow ticket holders to register on the website for access to 46,000 free Wi-Fi hotspots for 14 days.
