This little piggy locked in a cage is just too adorable~~~~><那天看到朋友分享眼睛为之一亮，马上问了在哪里就赶快来寻觅他的踪影，这可爱的小猪仔就在小西门喔~~



It wasn’t until I got there that I found out it’s actually the Tsai family’s bun shop from Chiayi, which has been featured in many newspapers, magazines, and news media. The table was filled with all kinds of adorable bun and steamed bun models.


They even have a reindeer design—looks like I can come back during Christmas to get a few festive reindeer XD


Each design comes in a different flavor. Although the price is slightly higher, it’s really about buying the creativity~

In addition to freshly steamed buns, they also sell frozen ones that you can take home and steam yourself~

This little piggy is a fresh milk steamed bun, with a Q弹 (chewy and elastic) texture. It’s about the size of my palm, and the colored parts don’t taste any different.

There were many designs to choose from at the stall, but I still love this big-nosed piggy who looks a bit silly and innocent~ haha~ Using boundless creativity to continue the legacy and flavor of traditional handmade buns is truly impressive.
