Sarah Brightman’s Taiwan Whirlwind: Her Hotel Room Revealed

The acclaimed soprano Sarah Brightman just wrapped up her Eurasia tour concert at Taipei Arena yesterday (14th), and during her two-day, one-night whirlwind visit to Taiwan, she stayed at the Taipei Dynasty Hotel. Earlier today, the hotel unveiled the room where she stayed, giving fans a peek inside.

The Taipei Dynasty Hotel stated that when Sarah Brightman checked in on the 13th, she was personally welcomed by General Manager Jürgen Klemm. Learning that she has a particular fondness for green and white plants, the hotel decorated the presidential suite with floral arrangements including white Phalaenopsis, Dendrobium, and white Christmas poinsettias. Sarah Brightman is also known to love Taiwanese fruits, so the hotel staff prepared over ten varieties of fresh fruits in her room, including oranges, bananas, grapes, and apples. In addition, her room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine and well-known brand chocolates. For snacks, the hotel’s executive chef specially prepared a fresh fruit tart and a festive Christmas gingerbread house for her.

Additionally, a 24-hour personal butler was essential, taking care of all of Sarah Brightman’s needs. The butler even prepared an electric heater to keep the room warmer and, concerned that the superstar might be fatigued from her long flight, set up a leg massager in the room to help her fully relax. The butler mentioned that although Sarah Brightman is a global star, her dietary requests were quite simple—she only asked for a salad, scrambled eggs, and hot tea in her room. She also chatted and laughed with the staff, showing her down-to-earth side.
