Seasonal Ice Skating Rink at the Eiffel Tower: Skate 58 Meters Above Ground While Enjoying the Night View

After a two-year break, the seasonal Eiffel Tower ice rink—available only in winter—has made its comeback. Situated on the first level of the tower, approximately 58 meters above ground, guests can enjoy skating while admiring the panoramic cityscape of Paris.

The Eiffel Tower ice rink, which traditionally opens during the Christmas holidays, covers an area of about 186 square meters. It was closed for the past two years due to tower renovations and has now reopened after the completion of the work. In addition to the thrill of skating high above the ground, a nearby bar offers hot chocolate and mulled wine to keep visitors warm while they take in the beauty of the Eiffel Tower.

According to the management of the Eiffel Tower, visitors can pay a 9-euro (approximately NT$350) admission fee to tour the tower and enjoy free access to the ice rink. This limited-time seasonal ice rink is open from today until February 15, 2015.
