The 2022 Tokyo Michelin Guide is released, and the 12 three-star restaurants remain unchanged from many years ago.
Last updated 2026-09-23 — The 2018 Tokyo Michelin Guide is expected to be officially released on December 1, and the list of restaurants on the list was also announced today (28th). A total of 512 restaurants are included in the guide, including 234 star-winning restaurants, including 12 three-star restaurants. The list is the same as last year (2017), and

2018年东京米其林指南预计12月1日正式发售，而入榜的餐厅名单也在今（28）日公布出来，一共有512家餐厅被收进指南中，其中摘星餐厅有234家，其中三星餐厅有12家，名单跟去（2017)年的一样，而二星餐厅有56家，一星餐厅则有166家。至于推荐餐厅则有278家。
寿司之神的数寄屋桥次郎本店、神田、Joël Robuchon与Quintessence已经是连续11年摘下三星，而二星餐厅有5家新进榜，分别是由一星升到二星的j 口、オマ0?弗?Hommage、フロリレ0?弗?Florilège，及直接新上榜的传与茶禅华。另外，拉面摘星仍旧只有创作面工房鸣龙与Japanese Soba Noodles茑两家。
