Free WiFi and Luggage Storage – The Shinsaibashi Multi-Function Traveler Service Center Has Opened

Dotonbori, where the iconic Glico Running Man signboard stands, and the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street have long been popular spots for shopping and gourmet food among visitors to Osaka. To better serve travelers, a new Kansai Traveler Service Center has now been established here. It offers not only free WiFi but also luggage storage, one-day pass sales, and answers to all kinds of travel-related questions!

The Shinsaibashi Kansai Traveler Service Center is just a five-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and Namba Station on the subway. The spacious center provides access to travel information and brochures for various locations across the Kansai region. It also offers free WiFi, computers, and photocopiers for travelers to search for and print materials. Commonly used transportation passes such as the Osaka Amazing Pass and Kansai Thru Pass are available for purchase here. For those who have travel questions but don’t speak Japanese, the center thoughtfully provides tablets that allow online personnel to assist with translation, solving any travel concerns.
