The Patissier is one of the must-try desserts for many travelers visiting Singapore. Established in 2000 and rooted in traditional French baking techniques, the patisserie crafts its cakes entirely by hand, using only the freshest, high-quality seasonal ingredients. Blending the richness of Asian culinary culture with exotic flavors, and combining classic techniques with innovative tastes, The Patissier creates uniquely flavorful desserts. Its signature treat is the Passion Fruit Meringue.
