Taiwanese people love hot pot, no matter the season. Taipei Garden Hotel’s Hanazono Japanese Cuisine has launched a variety of value-for-money hot pot sets starting from NT$880 up to NT$1,880 (all prices include a 10% service charge). Main dishes include premium U.S. ribeye, Iberian pork belly, herb-marinated plum pork, Windy City corn chicken, and a mixed seafood platter. Broth options are health-conscious soy milk soup, traditional Japanese kelp and bonito broth, or vegetable energy soup.

Among them, the chef’s recommended premium seafood and meat set (NT$1,880 + 10%) features a choice of premium U.S. ribeye or premium U.S. boneless short rib as the main dish, with an upgraded seafood platter that includes Hiroshima oysters, angel shrimp, horseshoe clams, seasonal sliced fish, scallops, and squid. The premium U.S. ribeye is thinly sliced and ready to eat after just three seconds in the hot pot — a favorite among gourmets.
