Last updated 2026-09-23 — The 2018 Michelin Guide Tokyo has announced the list of restaurants on the list. In addition to the list of stars, many ramen fans in Taiwan are also concerned about whether there are new ramen restaurants that have won stars. 2018东京米其林指南公布了入榜餐厅名单，除了摘星名单之外，台湾为数不少的拉面迷也很关心有没有新摘星的拉面店，不过结果跟去年一样是2家。而推荐餐厅（超值餐厅）总计有24家，虽然有6家拉面店新进榜，但却也有9家不再被推荐。
6家新进榜的推荐餐厅分别是八云、Ramen にじゅうぶんのいち、?みつヰ、?屋坂本01、?Q妞?胜昙叭omemade Ramen 麦苗。而今年不再列入推荐名单的拉面店有むぎとオリ0?帧⑶嘁丁⒑萌铡?芝螗芝?ブラウ カフェ、ソラノイロ、? えどや、ドゥエ イタリアン、花道及篝。
