According to comments from Japanese netizens, it’s clear that San Shang Qiao Fu’s flavors are quite Taiwanese, and many of the staff members are even native Taiwanese. Several Japanese customers mentioned that while the beef noodles weren’t bad overall, the broth was too bland. The most surprising item of the meal was the bubble tea, which tasted very similar to what you’d get in Taiwan. Additionally, some people noted that the prices were a bit high.Compared to Japanese ramen, spending over 900 yen (approximately NT$240) on a bowl of noodles seems a bit expensive.
