A CUT Makes Its First Flash Appearance in Kaohsiung at Ambassador Hotel for 3 Days — Limited to 80 Sets per Day

Ambassador Hotel’s A CUT recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation and will be temporarily closed for a period. During this time, Executive Chef Ling Weilian has been keeping busy by hosting a flash event at Ambassador Hotel in Kaohsiung on October 11, October 12, and October 13. Each day, there will be a limited offering of 40 lunch sets and 40 dinner sets, giving the people of Kaohsiung a chance to enjoy their exclusive dry-aged steaks.

This marks the first “A CUT Flash Event” in ten years, with preparations beginning 100 days in advance. In addition to Executive Chef Ling Weilian developing a premium dining menu and personally leading the kitchen team, senior management from A CUT will also be on-site to serve guests and interact with customers, bringing the full authentic essence of A CUT to Kaohsiung.

A CUT’s Kaohsiung flash event offers 40 lunch sets (6 courses) and 40 dinner sets (8 courses) daily. The lunch set includes: “Tuna Tartare” seasoned with Sichuan chili oil, “Pan-Seared Tiger Prawns” with beetroot pasta and shrimp sauce, “Caesar Salad,” “Autumn Crab Soup with Wontons” made from fresh grouper, the main course “Exclusive American Brandt 40-Day Dry-Aged T-Bone New York Strip Steak (Serves 2),” and dessert “Orange Chocolate Cake.” The dinner set adds “Mali Red Stripe” (wild Maldivian fish) and dessert “Olivier Mousse” infused with French pear wine compared to the lunch set. The lunch set is priced at NT$3,980 + 10% (an additional NT$800 + 10% if ordering wine), while the dinner set is NT$5,000 + 10% (an additional NT$1,200 + 10% if ordering wine).
