ZAKUZAKU Pompom Puffs Opens in Taichung, Launches Limited-Edition "Moe Snow" Pompom Puffs

The photogenic dessert ZAKUZAKU Pompom Puffs officially opened its Taichung store on September 15, debuting an exclusive limited-edition "Moe Snow" Pompom Puff available only at the Taichung location. The special item will be offered from September 15 to October 31, with a daily limit of 180 pieces priced at NT$128 each.

The "Moe Snow" Pompom Puff, known as "Hiyazaku" in Japanese, combines the Japanese words "Hiyasu" (meaning cool and refreshing) and "ZAKUZAKU." It fuses the classic Pompom Puff with cool ice cream, featuring Hokkaido milk ice cream stuffed inside the crispy puff. Enjoy the crunchy almond coating of the puff along with the rich, creamy flavor of the ice cream.

ZAKUZAKU Pompom Puffs are known for three key features: "freshly filled custard filling," "crispy outside and smooth inside texture," and "unique stick-shaped design." The secret to their deliciousness lies in the use of Hokkaido flour and fresh milk. Each puff is baked fresh daily in-store and filled with custard sauce upon ordering. With one bite, you’ll experience three textures: the crunch of almond bits, the slightly crisp outer shell, and the smooth custard filling.
