Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
“Man Coffee,” under the Din Tai Fung Group, has officially transformed by incorporating self-made bread cuisine alongside its coffee drinks, no longer limiting itself to just coffee and pastries. This transformation begins with the Guangfu North branch, aiming to attract new customers with a refreshed style featuring natural elements, woodwork, and neutral color palettes. It also introduces freshly handmade European-style bread into Man Coffee’s menu.
This year, Man Coffee will focus on bread cuisine, starting with self-made bread filled with fresh ingredients to attract quality- and flavor-conscious brunch-goers. Emphasizing freshness, handmade craftsmanship, and quality as the three key selling points of its dishes, meals are prepared to order rather than using pre-made or reheated packaged food. The menu highlights baked bread dishes, French-style cheese omelets, green vegetable salads, and other light European, American, and Mediterranean-style dishes, with a new seasonal menu expected every quarter.
