According to Lonely Planet,the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam has had an exhibition at the airport since 2002. After undergoing renovations, travelers can now admire a number of paintings before boarding, including10 works from the Dutch Golden Age, featuring renowned painters such as Jan Steen, Willem van de Velde II, Abraham Mignon, and others.

According to the report, the museum is open 24 hours a day and free of charge, so travelers don’t have to worry about missing out due to late flights or museum closing hours. The museum can be found between Lounges 2 and 3 and the security checkpoint. This newly renovated area aims to provide a relaxing space for connecting passengers, while also showcasing Dutch culture through these exhibitions.
