Harajuku-style kawaii culture comes to Taiwan: Adorable dessert cooking classes are now serving!

The three-day HARAJUKU KAWAii (Harajuku-style kawaii) Japanese food culture experience event, starting on the 13th, transforms Japanese ingredients into cute desserts infused with Harajuku KAWAii style.

During the event, in addition to a dessert cooking workshop curated by popular Japanese chef MASA, there will also be a 3D nail art show themed around Japanese cuisine by Japan’s top celebrity manicurist “Nakayama Chieko,” sought after by numerous models and entertainers, as well as a dessert cooking class designed by ABC Cooking Studio, offering participants a full taste of the dual allure of KAWAii culture and Japanese cuisine. In addition, among the many exciting experiences, ultra-popular Japanese reader model Tomochi Shihuo will also make an appearance at the venue.

Chef MASA’s KAWAii Cooking Workshop
Japanese chef MASA has planned a cooking workshop that incorporates KAWAii culture. During the session, he will demonstrate how to make sakura mochi using Japanese rice, as well as baked sweets with sabayon sauce made from Japanese apples.

ABC Cooking Studio KAWAii Dessert Cooking Class
Watch the making of the “Pink Sweetheart Cake,” bursting with the aroma of raspberries and happiness. The cooking class is open for viewing so you can observe the process of creating adorable KAWAii desserts.
