Taiwan’s first “Charlie Brown Café” has officially launched a branch in Kaohsiung, with its trial operation set to begin tomorrow (the 18th), delighting fans of Snoopy and Charlie

Charlie Brown Café is located in the Hanshin Dome commercial district of Kaohsiung, where decorations and furnishings in every corner feature appearances of the beloved characters. Zheng Yuming, marketing director of Charlie Brown Café, stated that as Taiwan’s first-ever Charlie Brown Café, details and menu items include many elements “specially created for Taiwan.” For example, the café offers a diverse range of hot meals, features an overall light color scheme, displays exclusive fan-collected memorabilia, and has developed its own limited-edition, locally inspired Charlie Brown merchandise—each element is worth a photo op and an immersive experience for fans.

Three Must-See Highlights Inside the Café

1. Exterior Bus and Doghouse
The bus, larger than any other Charlie Brown Café bus found abroad, is located just outside the café wall, and Snoopy’s adorable doghouse sits right in front of the shop. Not only are the facial expressions and body shapes of the characters meticulously crafted, but even the black outlines on the house match those in the comics in exquisite detail, which is truly moving. 2. In-Store Collectible Display
The second floor of the café houses several transparent glass display cases showcasing a variety of classic Charlie Brown collectibles. Zheng Yuming said these collectibles can only be seen at Taiwan’s Charlie Brown Café because they have all been generously provided by passionate fans. The collection includes numerous limited edition and special items that cannot be found anywhere else.

3. Large Cartoon Posters
Zheng Yuming recommends the multiple Charlie Brown comic posters inside the café, which are highly photogenic. While enjoying coffee and desserts with friends, you can also admire them from your seat. The facial colors and details of the characters have all been carefully verified multiple times with the U.S. head office, offering a unique experience as each beloved comic character comes to life before your eyes.

1. Four Themed Meal Sets
Meal sets such as “Snoopy’s Triathlon,” “Good Ol’ Charlie Brown,” and “Saved by a Pizza – Snoopy Summoning Set,” which are marked with special colors at the ordering counter, each come with unique backstories and were specially developed by Taiwan’s Charlie Brown Café. Customers can ask the staff about the fun stories and creative inspirations behind each dish after ordering.
