Is a Hello Kitty hot pot theme restaurant about to open in the East District?

It’s currently under renovation, so Badouyao went to check it out. Unexpectedly, the location is right across from the recently opened Setagaya Ramen. However, there was only a construction wall, with not much information available. But judging by the “Shabu-Shabu” sign on the wall, it might be a shabu-shabu (hot pot) series. Badouyao is quite looking forward to seeing the interior decor. As for when it will open? It might be a while yet.
