Kaohsiung Shoushan Zoo Celebrates Children’s Holiday Break with Free Admission for Kids Under 12

To celebrate the Children’s Day holiday period, Kaohsiung Shoushan Zoo will offer free admission to children under 12 from April 1 to 6. During this event period, a series of exciting activities have been planned, featuring children's favorite events such as sketching and coloring contests, obstacle course games, children’s theater performances, and treasure hunts. These activities aim to provide kids with a colorful and memorable holiday experience at the zoo.

Hsu Chuan-sheng, Director of Kaohsiung City Government Tourism Bureau, stated that Shoushan Zoo has been actively promoting animal conservation for many years and has received widespread acclaim from both children and adults. In celebration of the Children’s Day holiday, a variety of activities have been organized, including the long-running Children’s Sketching and Coloring Contest. On April 3, there will be the “Meiliguozhi Jump & Pose” activity. On April 3 and 4, the Apple Theater Troupe will present the adorable children’s play “The Legend of the Tree Spirits.” On April 5, which is Easter, an Easter egg hunt titled “Spring Egg Hunt Fun” will be held in the morning. On April 5 and 6, the fun-filled “Kids’ Adventure Challenge” obstacle course activities will also take place.
